Students will learn the fundamentals of drawing by Working from simple still life setups. Step-by-step instruction in building the form through line and shape will be given. Individual critiques covering the basics of drawing such as proportions, value, construction and perspective will be offered. No experience necessary.

 

 

Portrait and Figure Drawing

高級班（靜物臨摹/寫生，人像臨摹/寫生）

 

This class is for students with some experience in drawing. Students will focus on understanding the human form by analyzing the structure, anatomy, proportions and the body's movement. Instructor will teach by giving individual critiques and by doing class demonstrations.

 

 

 

 

Oil, Acrylic and Watercolor Painting. From Still Life to Portrait to Figure. All Levels.

By working from life, students will master both technical and conceptual aspects of painting. Color theory and color mixing will be discussed. The goal is to teach students to create a realistic image through mastering color and tonal relationships. Beginner students work from still life while more advanced might work from still life and live models. No prior painting experience necessary but prior drawing experience is recommended before taking this class or in conjunction with it.
